We strongly advise against it. Disturbing a nest provokes the wasps and can result in multiple stings, which is dangerous for anyone, and potentially life-threatening for those with an allergy.
Activity usually reduces within a few hours of treatment and stops completely soon after, as wasps carry the treatment into the nest.
In most cases there is no need, as an old nest will not be reused. Where location or access makes removal advisable, we can discuss this with you.
